Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Film, Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
• Passionate about social media, video content and digital community engagement.
• Comfortable creating and editing videos using CapCut Premium or similar tools.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Threads and Facebook and related features.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu; bilingual writing preferred.
• Willing to learn AI tools for content creation and stay updated on trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Threads and Facebook.
• Support development and production of long-form video series, scripts and storyboards.
• Assist pre-production and production tasks including basic producing and props handling.
• Assist with video editing from offline to online edits, including subtitles and music.
• Write social media copy in English and Bahasa Melayu with clear CTAs.
• Ensure content is scheduled and published on time with approvals and boosting when required.
• Support day-to-day social media administration and reporting.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and opportunities.
• Assist with other social media and content tasks as needed.
