- Build and manage company social presence across TikTok, Facebook, Lemon8, XHS
- Develop viral content strategies, manage brand IPs/personas, and leverage trending formats for growth.
- Research and apply best practices for each platform’s algorithm to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, followers, conversions), provide actionable reports.
- Collaborate with designers, influencers/KOLs, and internal marketing team to produce engaging content.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience managing social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Lemon8, XHS)
- Proven track record: grown account to 50k+ followers OR produced viral content 100k+ views.
- Established connections with micro-influencers, KOLs or content creators that can be leveraged for brand collaborations.
- Proficiency in basic multimedia editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva), enabling agile content creation and rapid trend adaptation.
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and trend adaptation.
- Creative with local slang & storytelling, able to create relatable viral content.
- Experience managing brand personas/IPs
- Data-driven, comfortable using analytics tools for content optimization.
- Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin.
