We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Specialist (Always‑On & Paid Content) to lead 20dB’s digital storytelling and strengthen our brand presence across social platforms.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role designed for a digital native with strong campaign experience and a passion for driving engagement and results. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing always‑on strategies, managing paid content, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute always‑on social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid content campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) to support lead generation and brand‑building initiatives.
- Create, schedule, and optimise engaging content, from posts and carousels to reels and short‑form videos, aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Experience Specialist and broader marketing team to ensure consistent, impactful brand storytelling.
- Use AI‑powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, OpusClip, etc.) to streamline copywriting, content planning, and scheduling workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse trends, and produce insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage community interactions, ensuring prompt and professional responses to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations, applying them to enhance campaign performance.
- Support cross‑channel campaign integration across retail, PR, and digital platforms for cohesive, results‑driven storytelling.
Key KPIs
- Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments, saves) across social platforms.
- Monthly follower growth, reach, and impressions.
- CTR, conversion rate, and ROI from paid campaigns.
- Timeliness and consistency of content calendar execution.
- Quality and performance of creative assets and copy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing social media content and paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic, always‑on content plans that drive measurable growth and engagement.
- Strong portfolio showcasing traditional and AI‑enhanced creative work, including short‑form content and campaign examples.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).
- Knowledge of performance marketing (SEM, SEO, and related areas) is a plus, ideal for those seeking career advancement in digital marketing within a growing team.
- Familiar with AI tools to support copywriting, ideation, and content workflow management.
- Analytical knowledge of tools such as GA4, Meta Insights, and other social analytics platforms to measure, report, and optimise content performance.
