We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow the visibility and adoption of Inistate and ProcessCanvas through consistent, educational, and engaging content across social platforms.

This role goes beyond basic posting. You will help translate process thinking and workflow concepts into content that business owners and teams can easily understand and relate to.

If you enjoy explaining ideas, creating meaningful content, and building a credible brand presence, this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), XHS, Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram
  • Develop educational and thought-leadership content around:
  • Process thinking and workflow clarity
  • Common problems with unstructured work
  • How ProcessCanvas simplifies process design
  • How Inistate turns processes into real web & mobile apps
  • Convert ideas and use cases into:
  • Short posts
  • Carousels and visuals
  • Short videos and explainers
  • Engage with audiences through comments and discussions
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and posting cadence
  • Collaborate with the product and founder team on messaging and content direction
🧠 Requirements
  • Experience in social media marketing or content creation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to explain ideas clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (especially LinkedIn)
  • Self-motivated, organised, and consistent

  • Video editing skills (short-form videos, reels, explainers)
  • Experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar
