Job description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager with a strong passion for short-form content, especially on TikTok and Reels. You’ll take the lead in shaping our clients' online presence through engaging video content, trends, and platform-savvy storytelling.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute TikTok & Reels strategies to grow engagement and reach
  2. Plan, produce, and publish short-form video content (ideation to post)
  3. Stay on top of trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes
  4. Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and design teams
  5. Monitor content performance and provide insights for optimization
  6. Manage posting schedules and maintain brand consistency across platforms
  7. Guide junior team members or freelancers if needed
  8. Support ad hoc marketing and content-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in social media content creation or management
  2. Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms
  3. Skilled in social media planning, trend analysis, and community engagement
  4. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  5. Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN)
  6. Able to work independently, creatively, and efficiently in a fast-paced team
  7. Passionate about digital content, trends, and storytelling
