Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Ahapay and partner brands to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Manage and optimize content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, platform-specific content (static, video, interactive, and live).
Analyze audience insights to refine content strategy and maximize engagement.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce engaging social media content.
Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all platforms.
Stay updated on social media trends, fintech developments, and audience preferences to create relevant and timely content.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts and campaigns.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Ahapay’s merchant partners.
Plan and coordinate co-branded campaigns with merchants, including discussions on campaign timing, visuals, and messaging.
Review and approve marketing materials to ensure alignment with Ahapay’s brand and compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (email marketing, design, performance marketing) to execute joint campaigns such as email blasts, in-app banners, and social media promotions.
Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports and recommendations for future activities.
Support merchants with marketing guidance, creative ideas, and performance insights to maximize mutual benefits.
Identify, onboard, and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
Build and nurture relationships with fintech and lifestyle communities to enhance brand credibility.
Engage with followers, address inquiries, and manage brand reputation online.
Develop and execute UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns to encourage organic engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing and social media performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Test and refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and messaging for paid social campaigns.
Work closely with performance marketing, product, and customer support teams to align initiatives with broader marketing goals.
Support PR, branding, and partnerships through coordinated activations with agencies and fintech stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial services regulations in all marketing communications.
