• Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics and analytics.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure cohesive, cross‑channel campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Provide recommendations and insights to clients to optimise their social media strategies.
