We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to promote our client’s project website/app and support campaigns with multiple partners. The role focuses on driving traffic, building brand visibility, and engaging sport fans across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Plan & strategize sports‑focused, engaging, and shareable content (match updates, highlight reels, fan memes, infographics, awareness posts, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategy for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), XiaoHongShu and others, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia markets.
- Drive traffic acquisition from social media to the website/app.
Content & Community Engagement
- Brainstorm & develop strategies to convert fan/community to register and improve acquisition numbers.
- Work closely with design and video teams to create eye‑catching visuals, highlight reels, and short‑form content optimized for each platform.
Campaigns & Partnerships
- Support execution of affiliates, influencer, and KOL campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Collaborate with brand partners for co‑branded campaigns, ensuring communication and requirements are aligned.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations to improve ROI and CPA.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Provide insights into audience behaviour and competitor activity to refine strategy.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media marketing, preferably with knowledge and interest in sports.
- Passionate about sports (especially football) and digital trends.
- Highly observant and curious about new acquisition methods.
