Social Media Manager (Beauty & Skincare Brand Marketing)
Handling IG platform - IG-Video, IG-Images Leading 8-10 ppl (including content specialist, graphic designer)
Salary RM 8,000-13,000
Allowance : RM 250 open for senior specialist candidate with no experience of leading, but need to have the capability/potential
Report to Gavina (from China based in Indonesia), work with 2 Indonesia PIC as well

Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms including Instagram.
- Managing end-to-end Creative Production: From pre-production to post-production - with applied creative knowledge.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Generate reports on key metrics and use insights to optimize strategies.
- Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns. Manage budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Innovate and experiment with new features and platforms.
- Crisis Management: Handle any social media crises and develop communication plans to address issues effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Proven 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
- Good knowledge of skincare products would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to commence work within a short notice period.
- Chinese language proficiency is essential for managing relationships with key stakeholders in China.
