Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to grow the brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This onsite role in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong covers content creation, paid campaigns, and influencer coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in social media management with beauty/lifestyle experience, proficiency in Meta/TikTok Ads Manager, and strong CapCut/Premiere Pro editing and copywriting skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management and paid social advertising.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, makeup, fashion, or lifestyle is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing KOLs/influencers.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong mobile photography and video editing skills, CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Good copywriting skills with the ability to develop engaging brand content.
• Strong understanding of current social media and beauty trends.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Manage Meta and TikTok paid advertising campaigns and optimise performance.
• Identify and manage KOL/influencer collaborations, including outreach and coordination.
• Monitor beauty trends, trending audio, and viral content to craft timely campaigns.
• Engage with followers and build an active online community.
• Track content and campaign performance (engagement, conversions, ROAS).
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns across social platforms.

Salary: RM4,500 – RM7,000/month
Working Hours: Normal office hours, 5 days/week
