Job summary

AnyMind Group in Kuala Lumpur is offering a creative internship to support social media planning, content creation, and campaign execution. We are looking for passionate students who love trends and storytelling.

You will brainstorm ideas for monthly content calendars, research platform updates across Meta, TikTok, and more, assist in shoots, draft captions in English, Malay or Chinese, and help monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm trend-driven content ideas for monthly social media calendars
• Research and stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates
• Assist in content planning, production coordination, and shoots with talents and creators
• Draft engaging captions aligned with brand tone in English, Malay, and/or Chinese
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Monitor performance and contribute to monthly reports with insights
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for brands
• Support day-to-day campaign execution and other social media initiatives

Job description

We're looking for passionate, creative, and proactive interns to join our team and support social media initiatives. If you love social media, enjoy coming up with creative ideas, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in social media planning, content creation, and campaign execution, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Support the team in brainstorming creative and trend-driven content ideas for monthly social media content calendars.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and viral conversations across Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Threads and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in content planning, production coordination and on-ground content shoots with talents and creators.
• Draft engaging social media captions and copywriting aligned with each brand's tone of voice (English, Malay and/or Chinese is a plus).
• Assist in scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and support the team in preparing monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for brands.
• Support day-to-day campaign execution and other social media initiatives as required.
