We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to manage our multi-channel brand presence across the Singapore and Malaysia markets. This role is a blend of creative content strategy, community management, and high-volume influencer operations. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness through strategic social media planning, executing impactful KOL/KOC campaigns, and supporting large-scale on-ground activations.
Multi-Platform Management: Oversee the content calendar and growth for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Content Creation: Ideate, plan, and schedule monthly content. This includes writing engaging captions and providing clear creative direction (visual references/overlay texts) for the design team.
Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize paid content ads (CPAS) to drive traffic and conversions.
Community Management: Monitor and respond to DMs and comments to maintain a positive brand voice and high engagement rates.
Analytics: Track engagement metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine future content strategies.
End-to-End Campaign Management: Source, vet, and liaise with KOLs and KOC agencies. Manage the process from initial outreach and briefing to content review and performance tracking.
Gifted Seeding & UGC: Execute high-volume gifted seeding programs to generate consistent User-Generated Content (UGC) and online buzz.
Livestream Management: Manage livestreaming schedules, including slot booking, host coordination, and tracking GMV/performance data.
Freelance Talent Acquisition: Source, negotiate, and onboard freelance live hosts and talent, managing all documentation and sample deliveries.
On-Ground Activations: Contribute to the planning of offline events, suggesting booth designs and engagement mechanics to maximize footfall.
Creative Asset Planning: Design the logic and visual requirements for event posters, engagement instructions, and social media "shoutouts."
Brand Evolution: Conduct market research to propose rebranding directions, product visual layouts, and PDP (Product Detail Page) improvements.
Participate in bi-weekly regional meetings to report on campaign findings and future planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and optimize marketing efforts across different territories.
