Role: freelancer/ contractor
  • Community Management: Oversee daily operations of game & esports communities across social media, forums, and groups. Implement strategies to boost engagement, retention, and build loyal user bases.
  • Content Strategy: Craft high-quality, culturally-relevant content (text, video, live streams) for games and esports. Lead MCN-related content, including influencer programs and brand collaborations, to enhance brand presence.
  • Relationship Building: Scout and nurture local gaming/esports influencers, manage partnerships with clubs, event organizers, and media, and drive collaborative projects.
  • Data - Driven Decisions: Analyze community, content, and user data to refine strategies, ensuring key performance indicators are met.
  • User & Crisis Handling: Gather user feedback, collaborate with internal teams for improvements, and manage community crises to safeguard brand reputation.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years in game/esports community management. Strong MCN experience, familiarity with local esports MCNs a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in social media & community tools, excellent content skills, data analysis ability. English - fluent; Tagalog proficiency is an advantage.
  • Abilities: Exceptional communication, market - sensing, project management, and problem - solving skills.
