Job summary

VALENCIA MATTRESS OUTLET SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to manage our brand presence on Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu, and to produce engaging short-form videos and graphics for campaigns.

You will plan monthly content calendars, shoot and edit visuals, write captions, collaborate with the Sales Team, and monitor trends to boost reach and leads in the furniture retail sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation and graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design and visual content creation.
• Proficient in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.
• Able to create and edit short videos using CapCut or similar tools.
• A portfolio of previous social media or content creation work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company?s social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging online content regularly.
• Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media.
• Take photos/videos of products, showrooms, events, and customers.
• Design marketing graphics and visuals for ads and promotions.
• Prepare artwork and online banners.
• Write captions and promotional copy for posts.
• Plan monthly content calendars and maintain posting cadence.
• Monitor trends and develop ideas to boost reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to support product promotions and generate leads.
