• 5+ years in cybersecurity or SOC operations, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and hands-on incident handling.
• Experience mentoring teams and managing incidents.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP.
