Job summary

A leading semiconductor company located in Penang, Malaysia, is looking for a lead in SoC DFX execution. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SOC DFX with a strong background in design for test methodologies and team collaboration. You will lead the execution team on SOC design milestones and support product engineers to enhance yield improvement. Opportunities for hybrid work are available.

Qualifications

• 10 years SOC DFX experience on large scale SOCs.
• Experience with large scale SoC end-to-end DFT implementation.
• Strong logic design background with experience in STA.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFX execution team for DFX RTL integration, Scan insertion.
• Develop ATE test plans.
• Support test engineer in improving yield.
