Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Handle credit card disputes raised by customers and merchants.
  • Follow up with customers, merchants, and relevant parties to obtain required documentation and clarify dispute details.
  • Resolve disputes with affiliate banks in a timely manner, adhering to card scheme rules and regulations.
  • Manage cases referred by the Financial Markets Ombudsman Service with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence from customers and merchants regarding dispute matters.
  • Perform reconciliation and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
  • Complete ad‑hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Unit Head.
About you

The company is looking for:

  • Possession of at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience in card dispute resolution; fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of card scheme rules and dispute resolution processes.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
  • Fast learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
