What You Will Lead

• Lead a team of Process Engineers & Technicians in a state-of-the-art SMT facility
• Drive process optimization, yield improvement & automation initiatives
• Oversee NPI from DFM to mass production readiness
• Ensure world-class quality, OEE and production stability
• Collaborate closely with China counterparts on technical matters, equipment strategies & engineering projects
• Champion Lean, Kaizen and advanced manufacturing excellence

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing Engineering
• 8–12 years experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing
• Strong technical exposure to SMT processes, AOI/AXI, ICT/FCT, test coverage, DOE, SPC, PFMEA
• Proven leadership experience (3–5 years managing engineers/technicians)
• Hands‑on experience with Fuji, Panasonic, Yamaha, Juki or ASM platforms
• Strong communicator, problem solver and decision‑maker
• Experience in high‑mix EMS or MNC environment is a strong advantage
• Mandarin‑speaking candidates required to effectively liaise with our China engineering teams, R&D, and HQ counterparts on daily technical discussions, NPI coordination, equipment support and project alignment
