Job description

Review Early Warning (EW) triggered accounts or high-risk accounts for early detection of potential problematic accounts for Restructuring & Rescheduling (R&R) and/ or exit to minimize credit losses.

Carry out site visits to manage potential problematic accounts.

Review and recommend the review of watchlist accounts with appropriate account strategy.

Proactively R&R/ exit the credit facilities of problematic accounts.

Deliver a sound remedial management strategy on Enterprise Banking space to safeguard Bank's interest as to minimize impairment & loan loss provisions

Ensure effective remedial management functions and compliance of guidelines & policies

Ensure continuous periodic review of internal procedures and external guidelines for effective remedial management

Enhance analysis on remedial portfolio to support swift decision making & strategy planning

Review and recommend the R&R and Annual Review of UA accounts in timely manner

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economic or related field. Professional qualifications is an added advantage.

Preferably 8 years working experience in banking industry with 5 years in remedial management/ relationship management within business banking.

Experience in early warning and rehab management which includes reschedule & restructuring of credit facilities in SME space.

Ability to lead and supervise team members effectively.

Independent and ability to work closely with different executive levels across various departments.
