Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field required.
• Experience in marketing and credit processing.

Responsibilities

• Maximise earnings potential and revenue of relationships.
• Review and monitor performance of accounts.
• Ensure quality of credit processing.
• Monitor overdue accounts to prevent NPLs.
• Manage a portfolio of SME accounts.
• Coordinate with branches to enhance customer satisfaction.
