BioPearl Spa is hiring a Beautician to deliver professional facial, skincare and beauty treatments in a customer-focused environment. You will receive training to develop beauty techniques, product knowledge, sales abilities and service excellence.

Responsibilities include consultations, recommending treatments, maintaining hygiene and achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience. Weekend and holiday rosters apply with commissions and incentives.

Responsabilités

• Perform professional facial, skincare and beauty treatments according to SOPs.
• Conduct customer consultations to understand skincare and beauty needs.
• Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on requirements.
• Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain high hygiene, cleanliness and treatment-room presentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and positive experience for customers.
• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Support sales activities by introducing products, treatments and promotions.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales and treatment targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and treatment information.
