Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on skincare experience; candidates with sales experience are highly welcome.
• Fresh graduates are welcome — full training provided through our EWI Program.
• Willing-to-learn attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial and body treatments tailored to customer needs and provide ongoing skin consultation with monitoring.
• Deliver customer interactions backed by strong product knowledge and care.
• Achieve monthly CT targets set by the company.
• Handle phone calls, support front desk operations, and attend to customer enquiries promptly.
• Assist in monitoring inventory movement including retail, professional stock, and misc. items.
• Maintain treatment records, support tele-marketing, and manage appointment scheduling and daily reporting.
• Comply with outlet policies and grooming standards as well as Account Management rules.

Job description

Perform facial and body treatments tailored to each customer's needs, and provide ongoing skin consultation with result monitoring via the Skin Health Management and Account Management systems

Deliver customer interactions that go beyond expectations, backed by strong product knowledge and excellent customer care

Achieve monthly CT (consultation/treatment) targets set by the company

Handle phone calls, support front desk operations, and attend to customer enquiries promptly

Assist in monitoring inventory movement, including retail, professional stock, and miscellaneous items

Maintain treatment records, support tele-marketing efforts, and manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and daily reporting

Comply with outlet operational policies and standards, including grooming guidelines, SQ standards, the Employee Handbook, and Account Management rules & regulations

Undertake other duties as assigned by the company from time to time

Requirement

Beauty certificate holder (SKM, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent)

Minimum 1 year of hands-on skincare experience; candidates with sales experience are highly welcome
