Job description

Site Supervisor / Project Manager (Piling)

To assist the site manager in managing construction personnel.

Conduct site inspections to ensure work is done according to drawings and specifications.

Ensure timely completion of the project, control costs, and report to consultants on site matters.

To attend site meetings and highlight any defects in construction work.

Requirements:

The candidate must possess at least a diploma or advanced/higher/graduate diploma in engineering (civil) or equivalent.

Preferably withpiling-relatedfield (Minimum 1 year experience)

Be able to work independently.

Working hours for this position: 8am to 7pm (Mon-Sat)..

PROJECT MANAGER

To ensure procedures and materials of comply with contract plan, quality and specifications.

To supervise all construction works at site independently.

To attend fortnightly site meetings.

Coordinate and monitor construction works as per contract specifications and standards to ensure procedures are followed and materials used conform to specification and standards.

Supervise construction works and to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction and etc..

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably withpiling-relatedfield (Minimum 5 year experience)

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
