• Monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis and keep accurate records of the work activities
• Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants
• Ensure adherence to quality standards by monitoring processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary
• Monitor construction progress and report to superior promptly
