  • Safety and compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections to eliminate hazards, and educating workers on safety procedures and emergency response.
  • Quality control and inspection: Performing site inspections to assess progress, ensure quality standards are met, and identify any potential issues.
  • Communication and documentation: Maintaining detailed records of project activities, progress, and material deliveries, and communicating with project managers on progress and delays.
  • Problem‑solving: Addressing and resolving issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
