Job Summary

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to‑day operations and execution of residential and commercial construction projects. This is a full‑time position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise and a commitment to ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, tradesmen and sub‑contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Execute and coordinate site activities.
• Assist the project manager in preparing daily progress reports, planning projects and creating schedules.
• Handle materials and record keeping.
• Monitor site plant and machinery.
• Participate in site meetings, review and check construction drawings.
• Liaise with subcontractors and consultants to ensure all works are carried out as per drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of site supervising experience in interior design line.
• Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Candidate graduated from architectural study is a plus.
• Willing to work outstation across peninsular Malaysia.
