Job summary

JAC Recruitment invites applications for a Site Supervisor to join a large construction and engineering company in Malaysia. The role oversees daily site operations, coordinates workforce and subcontractors, tracks progress, and ensures safety and quality compliance on site.

Ideal candidates hold a civil/ Construction degree or diploma with 2–3 years supervision experience and ability to read drawings. CIDB familiarity and data center project exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of site supervision experience.
• Knowledge of CSA works (Civil, Structural & Architectural).
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Familiarity with CIDB and local authority requirements.
• Experience in industrial or data center projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workforce.
• Monitor work progress against schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform site inspections and resolve construction issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Monitor materials, plant, and manpower usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project engineers/managers.
