We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience to join Kumpulan Hamodal Sdn Bhd. This position is based in Selangor and Perak, offering opportunities to gain hands‑on experience across various project sites.

The Site Supervisor will assist in supervising construction works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring projects run smoothly. Accommodation will be provided for project sites outside the Klang Valley.

Candidates must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and be willing to work on site.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all on‑site construction activities, including monitoring work progress, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns, communicate progress, and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including daily reports, quality‑control records, and site meeting minutes.
  • Promote a strong safety culture on‑site, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to construction crews, sharing your expertise to enhance their skills and productivity.
