A construction company in Selangor is seeking a Site Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience. You'll be responsible for monitoring project flow, coordinating between clients and subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety at site. Job description

Responsibilities

• Overall monitoring and reporting of project flow and management to ensure smooth flow of project operations & progress
• Ensure coordination & communication between client, Titan Contract's Section and Titan sub-cons
• Monitoring and management of variation orders
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, method statements and site measurements when necessary
• Compile project progress reports for submission to Director
• Take immediate action for non‑conformity detected
• Report non‑conformity or site issues to Director (e.g., supply issues)
• Ensure finest quality of workmanship in finishes
• Ensure proper storage of materials
• Ensure Safety Adherence at site
• Attend site meetings
• Assist in other tasks when required

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, M&E, Building, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in site supervision
• Able to liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities
• Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful and disciplined
• Self‑motivated, independent and good interpersonal skill
