Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management principles and practices, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Exhibit strong site supervision skills, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Possess a foundational understanding of interior design principles and practices.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Exhibit strong problem‑solving skills to address challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Demonstrate basic budgeting and scheduling skills to manage project costs and timelines effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, balancing on‑site supervision with remote project management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise on‑site construction activities, including the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel, to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other project‑related documents to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses, approving invoices, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Proactively identify and resolve project‑related issues, conflicts, and risks, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and accomplishments.
