Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Possess good leadership, strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to plan and work independently.
• At least 2 to 3 years working experience in related field.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Must possess own transport

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of architectural and interior design works.
• Planning and organizing site activities, scheduling and controlling on progress of work within the budget and etc.
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor’s progress to meet timeline.
• To liaise and coordinate work flow closely between subcontractors, projects and other departments.
• Evaluate, identify and resolve problems at construction sites. Ensuring solution is of good quality.
• To execute assignment according to work schedule through site proper planning.
• To identify and prepare variations order for the project.
