Job summary

A project management company in Penang is seeking a Project Manager to oversee site works, ensuring all operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include working with sub-contractors, monitoring project progress, and maintaining communication with quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has at least one year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Job description

Monitoring and supervise works on site to make sure all site works running smooth.

Check sub-contractors’ workers at site and sub-contractors work before inspection with Clerk of Work.

Coordinating works with sub-contractors and update site progress every week, and reviewing work quality. To ensure works carried out according to schedule and quality standard.

Plan, control and check on site materials used. Receive material on site and arrange for storage and update materials records.

Monitoring and supervise foreign workers at site.

Liaise with QAQC, Clerk of Work and client for inspection and any issue on site works.

Take action and problem solving at site and check architect works.

Report all progress and site issues to site management / Project Manager.

Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil & Structural) or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year(s) of project management and related experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
