We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Site Supervisor to support our large-scale solar (LSS) project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys on‑site work, coordinating contractors, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work progress meets project schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams on site activities.
  • Monitor installation works for compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare daily and weekly site reports, and highlight issues for prompt resolution.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements at all times.
  • Report site progress, delays, and resource needs to the Project Manager.
Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering preferred.
  • (Other technical disciplines will be considered.)
  • Strong interest in renewable energy, solar installation, or electrical systems.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently between Nilai and Melaka project sites.
  • Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
  • Possess own transport.
