• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Civil, Building Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
• Possess positive attitude, self‑motivated, good time management skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling overall site activities.
• Monitoring of daily site activities and site safety.
• Plan and co‑ordinates site activities.
• Check on contractor and sub‑contractor work done, defect and quality.
• Conduct site survey and measurement work.
• Prepare site daily reports and reporting weekly and monthly work progress.
• Liaise with nominated subcontractors and subcontractors on subcontract matters.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate site activities.
• Monitor work progress and quality controls are complied with the procedures.
• Ordering of construction materials, hiring/buying machineries, equipment and tools for site use and implementation of safety measures and guidelines.
• Monitor the service and maintenance of machineries, equipment, tools and vehicles for site use.
• Implement the preventive maintenance program to avoid machine breakdown.
• Ensure that low wastage of material is used.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the head or superior or management from time to time.
