A construction management company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Project Coordinator to supervise site operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating workers, examining construction sites, and assisting the Operation Manager in quality checks. To coordinate, supervise, and schedule the activities of workers engaged in all project and site operations.
Reading specifications to determine construction requirements and planning procedures.
Examining equipment and construction sites to ensure that health and safety requirements are met.
Supervising construction sites and coordinating work with other construction projects.
To maintain& enhance good and propel relationships with Client/ Client Representatives and consultants to achieve client satisfaction through continuous improvement.
Assists Operation Manager to coordinate all trade of work at site & to checking & ensure the quality of works and witnessing performance of tests and inspection.
To attend safety, site and technical meeting as and when required.
