Job summary

Solarvest Energy is actively seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to implement and monitor SHE policies across our Central and Southern project sites in Malaysia. You will conduct daily inspections, train workers on safe practices, and coordinate with the Safety Officer, Site Manager, and subcontractors to address safety issues.

The role requires a Yellow Book certification, at least 1 year of relevant construction/renewable energy experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor) certificate registered with DOSH.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction or renewable energy projects.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and observation skills.
• Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced project environment.
