A leading interior fit-out contractor in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Safety Health Officer with HSE compliance, conduct safety audits, and perform additional duties as assigned. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Safety or equivalent, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be familiar with ISO standards. Strong communication and independent working skills are essential.
To assist Safety Health Officer (SHO) in setting up and ensure the compliance of all HSE issues in the projects according to local authorities or statutory requirement;
Familiarize with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards;
To assist SHO to conduct safety audits and on-site inspection to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices and working conditions;
To perform other duties as and when required and assigned by the Company.
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Safety / Certificate in Safety.
Computer literate, good communication skills and high commitment and able to work independently.
At least 2 years of working experience in safety related to construction industry.
Yellow Book certification is an advantage.
