Job summary

A leading construction company in Malaysia is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at project sites. You will assist with the documentation of OSH programs, conduct inspections, and collaborate with safety supervisors. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health and must possess the Yellow Book. Willingness to work Saturdays and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work on every Saturday (8AM - 4:30PM).

Responsibilities

• Assist the site SHO with OSH programs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the workplace.
• Monitor and correct unsafe practices at the project site.
• Investigate and report any incidents on the project site.
