Golden Valley Capital Sdn Bhd is a growing company specializing in industrial real estate development and construction projects. We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Site Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Klang, Selangor.

JOB SUMMARY

The Site Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The role serves as the key liaison between the company, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise and coordinate with CIDB, DOSH (JKKP), local councils, and relevant authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance, approvals, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all permits, inspections, certifications, and legal requirements are complied with throughout the project duration.
• Manage and oversee site construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, engineering specifications, contract requirements, and project programmes.
• Establish, monitor, and regularly update project schedules to ensure progress aligns with the approved and most current timeline.
• Monitor and control contractors’ and consultants’ work progress to ensure effective time, cost, quality, safety, and environmental management.
• Champion the Project Plan (PQP) and ensure all construction works comply with approved specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards through regular inspections.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) at project sites.
• Conduct and chair site meetings and site inspections, attend audits, and prepare accurate progress and technical reports.
• Consult and collaborate with Heads of Department (HODs), Senior Management, consultants, and authorities to ensure timely completion of functional and operational requirements.
• Direct, supervise, and develop Assistant Managers, Senior Executives, and project teams to ensure effective manpower planning, productivity, and succession readiness.
• Monitor and enforce company guidelines, SOPs, best practices, and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure proper project completion and handover in accordance with contractual terms and client expectations.
• Be willing to be based on site within Klang Valley and other project locations as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–12 years of relevant working experience in construction or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of engineering specifications, contract conditions, and site management practices.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and basic project management and reporting tools.
• Required language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
