Job description

• Overseeing daily operation of the site, ensuring all work is done according to plan and proactively managing workers, coordinating tasks, and resolving issues that may arise during operations.
• Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
• Maintaining accurate records of employees’ attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
