Job description

Responsibilities

• Apply strong knowledge of construction methodology, onshore site operations, and related hazards.
• Utilize workpack and job card systems effectively for project execution.
• Prepare and lead the execution of assigned site team projects with full accountability.
• Ensure full compliance with all COMPANY procedures, guidelines, and HSE requirements.
• Implement both COMPANY and CONTRACTOR HSE plans across site operations.
• Review assigned workpacks to verify construction methods, equipment, materials, and resources are accurate and available on time.
• Execute assigned tasks safely, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards within the planned schedule.
• Report daily to COMPANY on HSSE issues, work progress, constraints, and work status.
• Take ownership of any incidents arising from the assigned work scope and ensure timely remediation.
• Contribute to COMPANY reviews, including constructability, HAZID, IPOP, risk assessments, and project meetings.
• Support performance monitoring, KPI reviews, and the implementation of improvement measures.
