Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Overseeing multiple renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Site Supervision: Monitoring all construction activities to ensure smooth execution of design plans within the given timeline.
  • Team Management: Leading and coordinating a team of supervisors, subcontractors, and general workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Control: Monitoring material quality and workmanship during construction, conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, and addressing any defects.
  • Client Relations: Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of project progress and fostering good communication within the team.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues during the renovation phase and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Leadership: Providing clear instructions and goals to ensure a cohesive and effective on‑site team.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management, site management, construction management, or as a developer.
  • Proficient in using workflow management software, Excel, and Gantt charts.
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills.
  • Possess problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve site issues promptly.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and remain flexible.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong emotional management with a focus on task execution and delivery.
  • Able to listen to superiors’ needs and execute tasks effectively.
  • Willing to act in the best interest of the company and contribute fully.
