Solara Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering projects, contributing to the overall objectives and growth of the company. This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and excellent opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

Conducts detailed site survey report and able to implement appropriate OSP Standards such as Aerial, underground, and FTTx constructions

Plan, monitor project progress, and conduct daily site supervision

Manage and track daily output of the team as required for their day-to-day deliverables

Assisting documentation team on preparation of documents such as handover docs, technical proposals, as built documents, project timeline, and other required documents before & after the project implementation

Attending and managing client meetings

Manage and track daily output of the teams as required for their day-to-day deliverables

Attending joint site visits with local council, authorities and clients

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role

Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and engineering standards

Proficient in interpreting and applying technical drawings, specifications, and regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations

Familiarity with project management software and tools
