liaise with consultants, clients, authorities, contractors and all relevant parties for the smooth completion the works

monitor, inspect, verify, compile reports, maintenance and progress of work

supervise site operations to meet project deadline, achieve project schedule, quality, accuracy and specifications

attend site meetings, sub contractors' coordination meetings, monitor workers attendance

assist in other tasks assigned to as and when required

honest, responsible and able to work independently

Who are we looking for?

Educational background:

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Professional qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.

Experience level:

Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in main contractor roles are ideal, but candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply.

Skills & ability:

Good working knowledge of consultant's method of working, some working experience in dealing with authorities, computer skills (MS Words, Excel, Project, ACAD).

Availability:

Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred, but we're open to discussing start dates.
