We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at BMY RESOURCES SDN BHD. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and site progress reports.
• Ensure all construction works comply with regulations, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal team members.
• Interpret and check civil, structural, and architectural drawings to ensure correct implementation of works.

What we're looking for

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or relevant engineering software.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to be based in Johor Bahru.
