Job summary

GE Aerospace Malaysia, Subang, is seeking an Information Security Manager (ISM) to lead cyber risk management for the site, bridging OT, IT and cybersecurity while aligning with global and customer requirements. You will head the Site Cyber Implementation Team, monitor controls, report metrics to leadership, and approve security-related change requests.

The role also supports audits, incident response, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and standards requirements at regional and global levels (e.g., CMMC, EASA Part-IS, IA, and contractual cybersecurity obligations).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Cyber Implementation Team to deploy and sustain cyber playbooks and corporate cyber standards.
• Track site-level cyber activities and risks and maintain a site cyber action plan.
• Report cybersecurity metrics to site and DT leadership and approve security-related changes.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and technical reviews.
• Coordinate with Global Incident Response Team for triage, containment, and recovery during incidents.
• Drive post-incident reviews and corrective actions; promote cybersecurity awareness onsite.
