Coordinating the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations and other contractual documentation
Liaising with project teams to address any contractual issues or disputes
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all contractual matters
Providing regular reporting on contract status and performance
Supporting the implementation of effective contract management processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar contracts management role, preferably within the construction industry
Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts and project management principles
Proficient in contract administration, including preparing and reviewing contractual documentation
Proficiency in using relevant contract management software and MS Office applications
