SIME PROTÉGÉ PROGRAMME invites ambitious graduates to join an intensive 8-month intake in Malaysia. The programme offers real-world experience, networking with industry leaders, and a strong start to your career within Sime’s dynamic business environment.

Selected candidates will be placed in departments that align with their field of study, with a monthly allowance of RM2,000, medical claim up to RM400, and SOCSO contributions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree, graduated within the last two years.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.70; priority to unemployed or underemployed graduates.
• Basic digital literacy.
• Good interpersonal, positive mindset, appearance and conduct.
• Able and comfortable to commute to placement location on a daily basis.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

Duration: 8 Months (compulsory)

Extension: 4 months (optional, company discretion)

Placement: Successful applicants will be assigned to departments or teams that align with their field of study.

POTENTIAL APPLICANTS

We welcome applications from young Malaysian talents with: -

• Bachelor's degree, graduated within the last two years.
