Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Fullshun Sanitaryware Sdn. Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting walk-in customers in the showroom and providing professional product recommendations (kitchen & bath solutions).
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Preparing quotations, invoices, and following up with customers on sales orders.
• Coordinating with the operations team for order processing and delivery arrangements.
• Staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Sales, Business, or related field.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred (experience in sanitaryware, kitchen, or home improvement is a plus).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
