Job summary

GOODNITE SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive retail sales professional in Selangor to drive showroom sales and online engagement. You will understand customer needs, propose tailored home furnishing solutions, and close sales with upselling and cross-selling techniques.

You will ensure exceptional customer experiences, handle inquiries across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and maintain an inviting showroom environment that supports digital and in-person selling.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Prior retail sales experience preferred.
Experience in furniture, mattress, home furnishing, cabinetry, curtain, or consumer product sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers through digital selling platforms.
Familiar with social media platforms and digital sales tools, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities
